About orders

How do I complete an order?

After selecting and seeing the products you are interested in, add them to your cart. For a quick preview of your cart or to complete the order, select the cart icon. On the order page “checkout” you have the option to complete your order by filling in the required fields or if you have an account just by filling in the addressemail and your password. Then fill in the shipping and billing information as requested and select the payment method you want by checking the box next to each payment method. Accept the terms of use and complete your order by selecting the button “PLACE ORDER” that appears. Once the order is successfully completed, a message appears on the screen informing you of the order code and address email where a preview of the order will be sent.

How do I use a coupon?

You can enter the code of a coupon in the relevant field that appears on the order page and by selecting the relevantbutton the amount corresponding to the respective coupon settings will be automatically deducted from the total of your order, e.g. total amount in € or discount rate.

It is also possible, depending on the amount of the order, that it will not be possible to use the coupon, either because the discount amount in € may exceed that of the selected products, or may not be covered. specific parameter or parameters that would allow its use, for example, minimum order quantity, or minimum quantity of product pieces, or when the coupon concerns a specific product as well as other similar conditions.

Do you provide the opportunity to buy a gift card?

At the moment we do not offer the possibility of buying a gift card, but we can serve you by giving you a personalized coupon, which can be used to purchase by anyone after you provide the code and of course after you pay it by bank deposit or other payment method we can provide you.

Can I request a refund?

According to the current legislation, you can request a refund according to the terms and conditions, within 15 days from the date of purchase of the goods.

We consider these terms to be acceptable once you agree to the payment process, otherwise it is not possible for you to make your purchase in our online store.

Your refund will be credited to your Pepper Vally online store account for your future purchases and will be redeemed using the store credit code (sent to your email account) on your next purchase.

Refunds are made immediately upon receipt and inspection of returned items (1-3 working days). Refunds are made only to your original account, to the account PayPal or to the bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund amount will be deposited in a bank account specified by the customer.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

Deliveries throughout Greece are made by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI Courier or SPEEDEX Courier The estimated delivery time in Greece is 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery time is indicative and may vary on islands and remote areas by post code. International shipments are made by DHL Courier or UPS Courier and delivered in 2-6 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary by country. Deliveries can not be made to addresses on mailbox.

Pepper Vally’s online store is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I return or request a replacement product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and you can choose between change of item, credit balance or refund.

You are responsible for the return of the parcel and the return shipping cost. It would be better to send the package by registered mail or courier. Is gift wrapping possible?

Can I request delivery at a third party address?

During checkout you may specify a relevant delivery address when it comes to sending an order and not receiving from our store.
