Shipping products
The Pepper Vally online store makes every effort to deliver all orders the next day. Orders placed until 4:00 p.m. shipped the next business day. All orders received after 4:00 p.m. will be shipped two business days later. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. All product orders that appear as products available upon request are shipped and shipped within 15 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
DELIVERY
Deliveries throughout Greece are made by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI Courier or SPEEDEX Courier, the estimated delivery time in Greece is 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery time is indicative and may vary on islands and remote areas by post code. International shipments are made by DHL Courier or UPS Courier and are delivered in 2-6 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary by country. Deliveries cannot be made in mailboxes.
Pepper Vally’s online store is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING COSTS
The online store of Pepper Vally offers free shipping for all deliveries within Greece and Cyprus for orders over € 100 and free international shipments within the European Union for orders over € 200. For deliveries to Australia, New Zealand and North America free shipping on orders over € 250. For deliveries to Asia free shipping for orders over € 300 while for deliveries to Africa and South America free shipping for orders over € 500.
For smaller orders there is an additional shipping cost depending on the country of delivery which appears during the execution of your order and before its completion. For customers outside the European Union, you may incur additional charges arising from currency differences, customs clearance costs, import duties, product restrictions and other local regulations for which our company is not responsible.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

You are responsible for the return of the parcel and the return shipping cost. It would be better to send the package by registered mail or courier. Pepper Vally’s online store is not responsible for any additional charges arising from currency differences, customs clearance costs, import duties, product restrictions and other local regulations. Pepper Vally online store is not responsible for any loss. We would like you to understand that we only accept products purchased from our Pepper Vally online store.
When can the return of a product be accepted?
You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, along with your retail receipt or invoice. Make sure that the returned items are clean (without deodorants, perfumes or makeup stains), undamaged and unwashed.
RETURN MANAGEMENT
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and you can choose between change of item, credit balance or refund.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES

STORE CREDIT
The amount of your refund will be credited to your Pepper Vally online store account for your future purchases and will be redeemed using the store credit code (sent to your e-mail account) on your next purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made immediately upon receipt and inspection of returned items (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to your original account, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank. If the purchase was made in cash, the refund amount will be deposited in a bank account specified by the customer.
